This Cluster Development, planned by RHH for Bardwell Developments LLC, tests the theory that by placing homes closer together and sharing exterior spaces and amenities, we can help foster community.  By reducing the individual lot sizes in exchange for more dedicated community space, the natural bluff along Highland road with many live oak trees was able to be preserved, creating a picturesque entry into the development. Also, a large, central green was created as a focal point for the neighborhood.  All homes were designed within a prescribed series of historical architectural styles, intended to foster continuity of scale, massing and character.
