Louisiana State University has embarked on a project to transform the Nicholson Drive corridor, the largest underdeveloped tract of university– owned  property (28-acres) adjacent to the campus core.  This 1600-bed, mixed use development seeks to improve on-campus student housing, enhancethe quality and use of the Nicholson corridor, and improving the game-day experience.  RHH’s involvement in this project has included the design consulting on design of buildings and masterplan, design and construction documents for retail space (including retail shell construction and grocery store TI), parking garage, a University Recreation (UREC) satellite facility, dormitory renovation and new Greenhouse.
