Through this renovation and addition to a historical downtown office building, a local Construction Company wished to brand their office with a contemporary image. The company’s program needed to occupy both floors of the two-story building, but the Owner also wished to provide retail on the first floor to enliven Third Street. The solution was to add a contemporary third level to house the remainder of the program.
